Where would you invest in multifamily properties?
Description: A brief overview of the areas of the country we like to invest in
Oh that’s easy. I like states where people and businesses are clamoring to move there. In general, that means the south and southeast of the United States, with my current favorites being Florida and Texas. Both of those states are very well run and have policies that are not biased against businesses or landlords. Furthermore, the tax policies of those states tend to attract big businesses, and big businesses bring more money and more demand for rental property along with them.
